Driver Requirements
To rent a vehicle from Q&A Express Rentals, all drivers must meet the following requirements at the time of pickup.
Minimum Age
Primary drivers must be at least 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Luxury vehicles require drivers to be 25 or older.
Valid Driver's License
A valid, unexpired driver's license issued in the U.S. or internationally is required. International drivers must also present a valid passport.
Credit Card
A major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) in the primary renter's name is required for the security deposit. Debit cards may be accepted with additional verification.
Proof of Insurance
You must provide proof of personal auto insurance that covers rental vehicles, or purchase our supplemental coverage at the time of rental.
Clean Driving Record
Renters with major violations (DUI, reckless driving, suspended license) within the past 3 years may be denied rental at our discretion.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers must be present at pickup and meet all the same requirements. An additional driver fee may apply.
